About Processing - Processing is an open source programming language and environment for people who want to program images, animation, and interactions.

Earlier this year, Glenn discovered Processing, and what could be done with it, and he realised that the only way forward for him as an experimental computer animator, was to abandon his life long toolsets of 3d and 2d software (Adobe, 3ds Max etc), and begin programming his own art, creating my own unique tools.

With After Effects, 3ds Max and suchlike, your limits are practical, but with programming, your limits are theoritical, and this is the mind blowing realisation that has reduced his daily sleep by about 2 hours.

Suitable for high def playout or compilation through any Java enabled workstation the advantages of Processing is that for the first time an animation can be unique every time!
